Terms of Service
Payments are only taken in USD and Paypal invoices.
All payments are nonrefundable unless the product is not completed and delivered
I reserve the right to refuse any commission
Payment must be made withing 48 hours of order or the request will be dismissed
I will not begin working on your request until either full or half of your request is received based on the cost of your order
You will not receive the finished product until payment is given in full if this is your circumstance
Unless there is an agreed time period, I am under no time constraint to your requested order
All agreed time periods will cost extra depending on the time frame
You are not to use any art that I provide in a business fashion, ie. Magazines, Corporation, or any of state of sell without my WRITTEN consent that I allow you to do so. If you fail to comply with this, you will have to compensate me for the art that you have made profit from. I am not designing you art, characters, the likes unless EXPLICITLY stated in a WRITTEN CONTRACT.
When you commission me to work for you, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service. This is a form of contract.
what is required from you for a commission
Payment is required before I begin working. You must have the money available for purchase at the time you send in your commission request
An email/ or active messaging system (i.e. instagram, twitter, tumblr, ect) will need to be provided for me to interact and send the finished work
A reference photo, color list, clear description, or any other clear way of description for your character to be designed
What I will draw
OCs
tv, game, media characters
Gore
Body horror
Animal hybrids/ traits (cat ears, tails, ect)
Furry
real people (only stylized, no realistic images)
creatures
minor NSFW (skimpy clothing, suggestive poses; ask if you're unsure i'm happy to clarify)
patterned/ simple backgrounds
(more detailed backgrounds will cost extra if I am capable of completing them)
If your request is not listed here, just ask and I will confirm or deny depending on my skill
Things I will NOT draw
no full NSFW art (this includes full nudity, sexual acts, ect)
MLP style ponies
mecha/robots
ANY character/design with an overly detailed layout
extensive backgrounds such a greenery, ect.
Prices
Head shot - $11
Thigh up - $18
Full body - $26
Certain details that require more time such as certain repeating patterns, accessories, appendages, will cost extra as they are not considered in the prices above. I will always notify the buyer of this and the additional price of the detail before charging them.
Examples
Something like the above pictures (the "angels") would have an extra charge for the detail of the wings, if they are very detailed. If they are simplistic, then they will cost much more
